Regardless of the location of the home that you choose, you will probably be able to find 10 amazing golf courses within a mile of you—it is Florida after all!

This stunning community is located in the heart of Orlando and is surrounded by world class attractions. The kitchen is made of stainless steel, granite countertops, and a 4-person bar. The living room has a dining table for 8 people and a large flat screen for when you want to unwind. There is also a patio there so the whole space there is about 3000 square feet.
We usually vacation in Orlando are and we stay in Condos. This was the first time we rented a house. We were 3 families, a total of 8 people who stayed at the Palm Lake location. This house was fully furnished and quite spacious providing us with 4 bedrooms and 2 bath, living room, dining area and kitchen. My son and his friend enjoyed the swimming pool and game room in particular. This house was conveniently located, being locate 15 minutes from most Disney attractions.

We loved all the great things about the home. Everyone loved the pool and the master bath is amazing. We will definitely recommend friends and family stay and we will definitely want to stay here again. Of all the vacation homes we have stayed in we agree this is the best. Stay during the week and avoid weekends if possible. The vacation homes in Kissimmee Florida are usually 90% booked on the weekends, and Friday and Saturday nights is when the rates are higher. If you stay Sunday through Thursday you could save yourself as much as 25%. Great house - The house was perfect for our large group. Travel to Disney, Legoland, other attractions and shopping was easy from there.The kitchen was very well stocked, better than my own at home! We were pleased that the floors were tiles and wood - so much cleaner than carpet. We appreciated the privacy hedge around the pool. We were unable to contact the management company about a couple of small things but there was nothing critical.
In addition, a pull out queen size sofa bed can sleep 2 more guests. In total this home can comfortably sleep for up to 10 people. This home is back to the conservation land, waterfront to Emerald Island Resort waterway, offers tranquil water view and lush green land beyond.
Obviously, the condos and some townhomes do not have pool and a hand full of the vacation homes do not have pools. The newest vacation home community in Kissimmee is Windsor Westside. Upon completion will have over 350 vacation homes. Pool Heat– The pool heat for a vacation home in Kissimmee usually range from $20 to $40 a day.
Lionel we didn't find your snake but we saved an alligator," Miss Ali Gator" is her name and we gave her a home in your pool. Careful, never know what she might nibble on!!!! Loved the home, location unbelievably central to absolutely everything. Even when there was just 2 of us, your home is set up so you don't even know the back bedrooms are even there. Everyone had their own space, especially the 3 grandkids. They "rescued" a gecko the first morning, made it a home in the garden area just outside the livingroom patio and nursed it back to health!!!
The villa's south facing pool overlooks a wooded conservation area, and hedges between us and our neighbors mean the pool deck has a secluded feel to it. The home has two rooms with large King beds and two rooms with single twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room so everybody can enjoy some home cooked meals if desired. The garage has been converted into a games area, with a pool table, and air hockey and fooseball tables.
